Spring Training

Uncle Ryan took us to an Angels game at Tempe Diablo Stadium.

Usery Mountain - Wind Caves

Jedidiah and Jeffrey hiked up to the wind caves at Usery Mountain with Jedidiah's 1st grade class. We barely made, but turned out to be really neat and fun at the top.

Tonsils Bye-Bye

Amelia had her tonsils out a little while back...
She sleeps and breathes much better.
Our first hospital experience since Jedidiah was cut right above his eye on Father's Day 2005.

Bike Week - Hell's Angel

Our fellow Hell's Angel brother from the Tampa, FL chapter came to visit mid-April, and see what AZ bike week is all about. Rippin' up the old Mesa streets on PJ's Black Beauty #2.

We found a biker babe along the way too!!! What luck.

Amelia's 'LadyBug' Fancy Nancy Tea Party

Amelia had her "school's out" celebration by inviting her friends over to a 'Fancy Nancy tea party, hosted by Grancy. They decorated their ladybug placemats and ladybug cookies, made tissue paper flowers, played dress-up, ate ice cream, and fluttered their wings down the zipline. Poor Bellissa was out cold on the bed and Jedidiah was off splashing in a pool(he wasn't invited to the tea party, but he did help with the preparations).

Once there was a SNOWMAN...

After Christmas, the tribe hopped in the family truckster and traveled North to the white country (Logan, UT). Back to our old stomping grounds. We even went a few paces further north to stay with the Nelsons in Smithfield.

On one of our lazy days, we took advantage of the great snow which had just fallen... we built our first Snowman ever.
Well, the first for Jeffrey and the kids. Uncle Gordon and cousin Carli were part of the construction crew.
Gordon had all the finishing touches to make Frosty look just right. Frosty needed a pet too of course, so he adopted Thumper.
What do you think, could Jeffrey and Frosty be twinners?

Christmas Day

Christmas Day was exciting in AZ, even without any of the fluffy white stuff on the ground. Santa seemed to think the kiddies were good this year. Even Grandma and Grandpa Santa thought they were good, and gave them a big round thingy to jump on.

Bellaroo lucked out with the most coveted toy, the RODY bouncy horse.
Amelia-rella is getting ready for the ball, and her Prince Charming...
Arrrrrrrrrrrr, Capt. Jed is ready for battle, even with his protective head gear to fight off any snow monsters.
Here is Grandad getting flustered over the small parts and crappy glue on the model he gave to Jedidiah...
Here's the cowgirl in action, giving the rubber bronco a run for his money.
